Hi,

I just purchased Quentin's "Perform Like a Pro."

In it, he performs a brief intro to his "5 Minutes" program.

The beginning is a segment where knots keep disolving from his handkerchief.

Is this effect from any books on the market?

Thanks,
Tod

Hi Tod:

I have the DVD too. Quentin does explain the details of the dissolving knot on his video, but it's as old as the hills. It's called "The Unknotable Silk" in Rice's Encyclopedia Volume Three.

I just checked - if you have volume three, it's on page 1224. I'm sure it's in Tarbell and probably in one of the Karl Fulves books too.

If you don't have any of these, it might be cheaper to find a video of Quentin's silk routine - you can probably get one for $10.00 now that it's on DVD.

I hope this helps you.

Thank you kindly, Ron.

BTW, don't have the Rice book or Tarbell. An internet search brought up nothing under "The Unknotable Silk" Is it possible that it's better known under a different name?
