This is like a godsend:
http://magma.nationalgeographic.com/ngm/......dex.html Who would've thought we would've discovered hobbits in our archeology. The power for Bizarre stories is limitless! Grab your issue of National Geographic before they are gone. This one goes in the idea file!

Cool!
This is a tale I told for years to justify the Pygmy Exhibits at Fairs I use to do... There was a Tribe in the Amazon known as the Guyazi that was written about by Jessuit Priest Father Acuna in the 16th Century. (15th? I forget.) He described them as "...no bigger than tender babies"! The story was true in so much that it was in his famous widely published journal about the Amazon region. There is also a town in South America that has a burial site of Pygmy folk (see bottom of my 'zibit page for the story.) Homer also told stories about a race of tiny 'hobbity' folk as well. Doug

I saw that piece on the Hobbit-ish people in the South Pacific. Truly fascinating.
There she was, a dodgy old prune in a tiara, rushing at me waving a sword. Do all knights suffer this whilst being made?

I thought that was what you made pickled bread with.
Didn't National Geographic do a story on the Fugawi Indians last year?
