Even after all this time, one of the most original acts in Magic. What's so great is that it doesn't even 'look' like a magic act. It just looks AMAZING! Its a good lesson for all of us: Do be a magician. Be yourself, but be amazing!

Ellusionist just added his impromptu DVDs to their store, so before long a new generation will probably be around looking for him. Last I heard of him he had done his Red Skelton tribute performance, but that was a year or two ago.

I would guess that he wanted to make a living.

Tom gave up the cigarette act after many years. It was a great act but I am sure that continued it would have shortened his life greatly.

Tom was an old Abbott guy. He knows a lot of magic that people do not give him credit for. Did you know he won awards for his dancing cane routine?

Toms reviews on the tribute to Red are as glowing as they were for his magic act at the Tom Foolery. Go TOM!

I have seen Tom's Skelton show three times. It is amazing and for those who loved and grew up on Skelton's humor; its is fall down funny! Tom is now running full season in Branson, Mo at the Music Hall Theater smack dab in the center of the Branson strip. Catch it if you can.

Tom as of the early 1990's was planning to open another bar...does anyone know of this?

I saw Tom perform this act at his lecture in Florida in the late 90s. Even after he explained the whole thing we were fooled.

I hadn't seen this in a long time, even though I have it on VHS, taped the night he did it. First time I ever saw him do the act without the benefit of standing behind a bar. And he pulls it off flawlessly.

I always figured that laymen thought he just swallowed the cigarettes, and thus missd out on the magic.

I'm ashamed of myself...I live in Branson and haven't made it down to see his RS Tribute show yet (I WILL be fixing this very soon though!)

I see the billboards everyday and the likeness is amazing...

Hope he is playing either Mon. or Tues....I'm off on those days!

Not that red skelton doesn't deserve a tribute show but Tom Mullica doing a show like this a bit of waste of his talents!

Its like finding out the Rolling Stones are throwing it in to become a Beatles cover band!
