It's not that comfortable. You still have to make some minor adjustments. But so far, I agree it's the best one available in the market. I make my own tailored made for my assistant. It's a pound heavier because mine is made of steel. I haven't attended Jonathan Pendragon's seminar but I heard that he shows a smaller harness that locks wherever you stop at when lifting the girl.

That was another question I meant to ask, does this lock at different positions or does it lock out in one spot horizontal.

It locks at 45 and 90 degrees. It's comfortable (yes, I've been on it too), but of course, it depends on the girl.

It's made out of aircraft aluminum.
