Hi everyone, having done a search on the 'leyser 2020', I have only seen contradictory opinions of the device.
What are the opinions of the real-world workers on the forum? Thanks alot, Tom. |

Its very good but a bit bulky. Its probably the best thing on the general market lie this thought, but for me it is a little big.
Best, Kennedy

Do your research, Kennedy! Midas V2 is on the market and the sensor is no larger than a wristwatch. I've been using it for the last month for several gigs and it's very, very good indeed.

Where can you get the Midas v2, and how does it differ from the original, and how awkward is the wiring up?
Thanks, Simon |

Midas is available from MentalismPlus, although midas v2 is new to me, so it may not be the version described...

Andrew, apologies. I don't have a Midas but it looked to me like the main unit was bulky. I might very well be wrong.
Best, Kennedy

For the record, Midas was originally designed for me only. I knew James had some good contacts and after 5 years of failed attempts to make my own electronic detector, sought his help. He, and Reg Martin (who needs no introduction) have sweated to get this thing custom made for me over the last 3 months. Only after we realised how good this product is, did James ask my permission to sell a limited stock to other mentalists. I agreed.
As a thank you to James I will be recording a peformance very shortly of me doing a 'coin in hand' routine which will be put onto the M+ website. So, if you are interested in this product, wait a short while and then you'll be able to see it in action. There is already a picture up of the new verion. Regards Andrew |
