Do a "Search" on the Café. This is one of the hottest topics in this particular forum.
Ammar's C&B book is a great "Encyclopedia" of Cups and Balls, and he teaches Vernon's routine there. He goes into much greater depth than what is covered in his first book. Combined with the DVDs you probably have more than you will ever use for a long time. I didn't know Lance Burton even had a book. Unless it's brand new, if one exists it was probably done by a "ghost writer" with his endorsement so they can sell it in the magic shop outside his showroom. I doubt that it would have much in it other than beginner stuff for the kids who bought his plastic cups set after the show.

I'll be blunt about this. Lance is a fine magician, but he isn't exactly known for the cups and balls. I haven't seen his book. In fact, I can't even locate it on any of the web sites. Michael Ammar, on the other hand, is well known for his work and has written an exhaustive book on the subject.
If this were a book about illusions, I would probably recommend Lance Burton.

You have plenty of information on the Cups and Balls! Those two DVDs of Michael's, and his book is all you need!!!
Master everything in those sources. Perform the Vernon routine. Use everythin you learned from the DVD's and especially the Book, and change anything, and everything that you don't like in the Vernon routine. Then, read some of these threads on people's C&B routines, and taste some of them. But a couple DVD's, and mold your own routine. I am in that process right now.
