I just posted pictures of me levitating my Assistant with my Gamolo.
You can see it at: http://www.clientdevelopmentgroup.com/gamolo.htm It's currently for sale with the Great White Blaney Hoop, 2 Jet Sets and Black Art Backdrop designed by Don Drake. PM me with any questions. -Jeff
Did you see that?

How does this compare to a lighter than air lecitation by Phil Moore, Does anyone know the differences ?

I do not have either illusion, but from what I have heard and read, both illusions appear similiar to the audience. The lighter than air levitation is louder, heavier, and takes a significant amount of time to set up.

The photo of me performing the Gamolo that is used in all the ads was actually taken in performance. I was able to go down to my knees under it, as it was rising. This is in the magazine ads. I was a lot (not by much) slimmer back in 1976.
The "other" similar illusion had a p.r. photo taken with the builder under it, but if you know the builder, I doubt he could have accomplished the same "move". Blair Marshall "ShaZzam!"
