Harry, that's a great idea!!! I'm about to move to Eau Claire, WI, a college city. I'll be on the main street near the campus and I've been wondering if there are any festivals or parades on my street so I can set up some banners on the porch and bring a few things out!

Hey there Anton,
Last year in Genii there was one in the Hanuissen issue. It's real and is based on physics principles. The problem is finding the correct shape and size of the desired metal. Not to mention that even if you do it's large enough to only be used at shows within the vicinity of your home. And since every show you need to get a new piece of the metal the cost on it can add up so it may not be worth it to you. Cheers, -Matt (TK) |

If you look around on the web, there's an Oldtime StrongMan's Association. They have yearly conventions and competitions. Sorry I can't tell you the URL, my comp is crashed right now.
