Make sure you click the NEXT at the bottom of each of the 4 or 5 pages of photos...you will NOT be disappointed!

It's in French but the photos are the reason to see it.

Because of the nature of the mystery of the front page I don't want to give a way what this is about...

Enchantingly beautiful.
Will you walk into my parlour? said the Spider to the Fly,
Tis the prettiest little parlour that ever you did spy;
The way into my parlour is up a winding stair,
And I've a many curious things to show when you are there.

Oh no, no, said the little Fly, to ask me is in vain,
For who goes up your winding stair
-can ne'er come down again.

Thanks Doug! That was GREAT!!!
A lot of work sure went into this production. This should go into the Guiness Book Of World's Records as the largest marionette show.

I can't figure out what the photos of the wrecked cars are all about though...did the Elephant do that? Pre-planned? Any body reads French better than I do, step up please...

Doug, Those are the most amazing puppets I have ever seen. If I had known about that production/event I would have tried to go and see if with my own eyes! Totally unbelievable!! Thanks for the link! How did you come across it?

Thanks...One of my 'Mermaid' customers and a Showman/Puppeteer sent me the link.

I'm floored by the beautiful and peaceful yet 'detached' expression on the girls face...there are a lot of ways they could have gone with the look...perfection.

Make sure you check out the video clips too. There in Quick Time, so you'll need to download the player if you don't have it already.

The clips are only 15 seconds each, so even dial-up shouldn't take too long to buffer. Well worth a look as you see everything in action.

Thanks for the link,

Ros

If you watch the videos you get to see what the car photos are about. They're all stitched together with a giant needle and thread. Thanks Doug, this is still just taking my breath away.

Being on Dial-up, I only watched a couple of the vids...guess I'm gonna have to bite the download bullet and watch 'em all! Smile

Truly only something you would see overseas. I don't think we will ever see anything this amazing in North America.

I guess this isn't a touring show.

The French paragraphs don't say much. They just state the street and time the picture was taking place. This is amazing stuff...

Here's a link to the Google translation of a French article I found about the spectacle:

http://translate.google.com/translate?hl......26sa%3DG

It's too big for a link, so copy the entire line and paste it into your browser.
