Stumbled onto this one today. Not for the kids, please.
"Directors Comments: This is a VW commercial from central Europe. When we finished filming the people who proofed it noticed something moving along the side of the car, like a ghostly white mist. This spot was never approved for TV broadcast because the unexplained ghostly image, the general population of mainly poorly educated and superstitious farm workers might flip out. Watch it and about halfway through, as the car emerges from the grove of trees, look and you will see the white mist crossing in front of the car then following it along the road......" http://oxalic.net/temp/classic_auto_1.mpeg The sound should be turned up a little to hear the director's reaction caught while filming. Very cool. John |

Very Interesting -- primal in approach -- like campfire stories in the Boy Scouts. Hmm -- now why am I looking back over my shoulder every few seconds??

Thanks Mark ! Comming from those of you who posted and PM'ed me, that's quite a "compliment". I'm very pleased that you liked it. It all came about doing research online for local Histories of Hauntings from my area (western Massachusetts). It's amazing to actually see for oneself the overwhelming amount of information regarding this subject online today.
So if you liked that previous link, take a look at this one. If you dare.....! http://members.home.nl/saen/Special/zoeken.html Look at the two pictures and try to figure out the difference between them. Have fun. John |

That really caught me off guard. I don't know what they were thinking when they made this, but it is really strange that someone thought this was a good idea.

My physics teacher showed that video to our class once, and he really pumped up the volume over the class's speaker. I jumped at least a foot in the air!
Click on the "movies" link at http://k-fee.com/ to see more of their commercials. By the way, they DID air this commercial in Germany. |

I love it! It's similar to Wes Craven and John Carpenter in the spooky factor...

BTW. If you want to know what that German line "So wach warst du noch nie!" meant: "You have never been awake like that!"
