All of the books are interesting and worthwhile, but if you only pick up one of them, I'd recommend The Magic Book by Harry Lorayne. (If you're already an expert, ignore my advice. But if you're just getting started, you can't go wrong with the Lorayne book.)

The Walter B. Gibson is an awesome book. Lots of material and with lots of illustrations. It's a virtual encyclopedia of card material covering sleights, flourishes, routines, stacks, special decks, etc. Very detailed.
