Perhaps, but mostly this is cabaret, stand-up, stage material. But you can't go wrong when you consider you can get the public version on amazon or elswhere for $10 -$15 Also has some cool photos of early Hollywood nightclub work.

@daniel, there is a bit of closeup material in here. but its mostly a stage/platform text. however, I think there is much that closeup workers can gain by studying stage magic and vice-versa. and who knows, it might inspire you to start performing large shows! enjoy! -josh
