Is anyone familiar with the "Magician's Choice Close-Up Case?" Ronjo Magic (ronjo.com) is, apparently, the only dealer who sells it, but it has been "out of stock" for quite some time. The identity of the manufacturer is not listed in Ronjo's ad. Any information would be appreciated. Thank you.

Hello John,

Pete from Ronjo.com here.

The case you see on our site was manufactuered by our woodshop here in New York some time ago.

We have more in production right now but this time we are producing them overseas. When the project is completed, they will arrive here by ship (about 3 months in transit).

This time around they will only be made in one color stained hardwood and in an all new color.

There will be some new improvemnts made to it as well.

Please up for our e-newsletter and you will be notifed when they will be available.

Thanks,
Pete

By the way, the identity of the manufactuer is listed. "Magician's Choice" is one of our product lines.
Pete

Update: July 19 2005

We just recived word that the project has been completed. They are to be sent via sea freight in a few days. Hang in there, we'll have them before you know it.

This is a beautiful close-up case. I have a question. How does the drawer stay closed when carrying like a briefcase? I do not see any latches or locks.

I bought one of these from Ronjo about 10 years ago.It is a quality case. The one I have has a Screw Button latch that keeps the case securely closed for carrying.
