I am french and there is a word I don't understand and that doesn't exist in my dictionnary: it's the word 'toss' ! Can you help me ? Thank you !

I'd toss (offer) you a definition however I must first toss (throw or fling lightly) my coins aside as I need to toss (gently mix) my salad because I am hungry after tossing (throwing up) my cookies.
