Just before the event, I went and bought the nuts and bolts from their store and brought them in one of their little tiny brown logo bags. (so cute). I started by having the owner open the bag and dump out the contents. just 3 nuts. the owner loved the little quicky and hired me for their company picnic the next week. That is a good one Pete. Doc. Everybody. Especially when you're doing magic with their stuff.

...so your going to end the trick by pocketing the borrowed coins.
Why not just ask your boss for a raise? |

One way around the noise problem at the end is to alter the ending. "This time I'll put one coin in my hand, and TWO in the pocket. This should be even harder!"
Do a Bobo s---ch for your choice of object, leaving the coin in fp. Pick up the other two coins and put them away in your pocket. Since there are two, it's okay if they make noise. No need for gingerly handling. My final object is my wedding ring, which I had removed and put away at the start of this short routine. Its return signals the end. Jerry |

Sounds a lot like Milt Korts handling of Gadabout coins in Bobo's. Mike |

Hey, got a question. I don't personally perform this kind of effect, with either coins or sponge ball a lot because, well, the pocket trips doens't appeal to me. However I've played around with some ideas. Is there any published version that uses a VCA type grip? It seems pretty logical to me, but haven't seen one such.

Magius, on my new DVD, I have a routine called "Fingertip Coins to Pocket" which as the name implies is this type of a routine done with the coins held at the fingertips.
Here is the bullet item: Fingertip Coins to Pocket – Dan’s version of “The Gadabout Coins” (two in the hand, one in the pocket plot) from J.B. Bobo’s Modern Coin Magic performed at the fingertips. Also taught is a new muscle pass/click pass application to setup the final vanish of all the coins. |

I got these first slicks to use with Kranzo's Mugger. So, its great to see these will also help in Gadabout which I have yet to open and did not realize was better with soft coins. Anyone else care to suggest more favorite, easy-to-intermediate routines enhansed by soft coins or Morgan half images?

Just a note, Corey Burke's routine found in his "Sense" notes, is a Fingertips "one in the hands two in the pocket" routine. It's a very clean looking routine. Check out the notes on his site. http://www.coreyburke.com
