Is MINT (1) and (2) still available?
I heard good comments on those two books.
I'd like to hear comments if you own those books.

I think vol 2 is still available, vol 1 is OOP. If you like Marlo you want these books. Try with the publisher L&L.

I have both of them. MINT 2 is more available than MINT 1.

I happen to be visiting the magic shop I frequent and saw MINT 1 on a shelf of used books, still shrink wrapped mind you, so I couldn't resist. It was $55 too!

There is a good one in MINT 1 called "Mental Topper", learn that one it blew my wife away!

There are other things in each one that you coul dpick up one but since I just had them for one month I haven't read it all.

Any non-disclosure questions feel free to ask.

Recently I was fortunate to find Volume One of the limited numbered editions signed by Marlo. It wasn't cheap but one of my more treasured volumes in my library.

"The Mental Topper" is, as they say, worth the price of admission. The bad news is that you have to do two perfect faros. Accomplishing that, you've got a killer mindreading trick.

Read page 219 Note 1. That's the way I do it.

Just wanted to mention that if you have the digital New Tops from the Miracle Factory, you have these plus a lot more including tons of great stuff from Nick Trost's column.

Revisiting this thread...
As the illustrator of _MINT I_ and _MINT II_, I was surprised to see a listing for _MINT III Unauthorized_ at library.com
https://www.lybrary.com/mint-iii-unauthorized-p-923617.html

If anyone has this unauthorized publication, I'd be interested in your thoughts. The original photos in _The New TOPS_ were usually very small and poorly photographed. It was a challenge for me to re-interpret the photos as line drawings. I had a few of my magic friends pose for "pre-illustrative photos" and I insisted that all of them be credited in the acknowledgements for their part in the final production of the books.

I'm especially curious about whether the photos for MINT III were re-shot for better clarity--or whether new line drawings were made.
