Where would I begin looking for a plexi glass cylinder big enough to use for a smoke chamber? Thanks for any help you can give.

WPS-warehouse plastics here in Canada can get you cylinders large enough for what you need. Or panels if you want to frame it to collapse for transportation. Keep in mind that Plexiglas is very very expensive, and more so for what you want.
