Any recommendations on finishing off the coins through a table, a la' Slydini routine?
I know Gary Quelett had something marketed but not sure what it was or if there are other ways. Any Input?

Coins Through Table Kicker by Mike Gallo.
This effect can be found in Michael Ammar's book, "The Magic of Michael Ammar." The finish on this effect is awesome. The unexpected hits you in the face when all the coins come right back through the table. The effect can also be found on tape in Michael Ammar's "Easy to Master Money Miracles," volume number 2. Hope his helps. Brian |

Nicodemus, you must be thinking of Gary Ouellet's "the Silver Passage". If I remember correctly, the routine ends with the Hirata Master Move, which makes for a very visual final penetration. I believe the move is also explained in David Acer's Extreme Close-up.

Yes, Silver Passage... Thanks for joging my memory. I will dig that up ASAP.

The Roger Klause touch of apparently tapping the coin on the table top and scraping it to the center just before it penetrates has always been a very strong sell for the last coin. People swear they heard it go through the wood.

You may be interested in my routines, "UN Coins Thru Table" and "Twilight Passage" from my book, Profiles In Coinage. Both are CTT plots, but very different handlings, one for standup, te other for seated performance.

David Roth's Table through the Table gets a good reaction in the right company. Alternatively, taking to the table with a large saw blade is also guaranteed a reaction.

Two other endings that seem to work:
1. Production of a large drill bit as an "explanation" for how the effect works. I think the first time I saw this was either Scotty York's lecture notes, or John Mendoza's "Book of John". 2. The coins reverse direction, (ala Mike Gallo's brilliant ending, and Slydini's routine with the Imp Pass) but they end up under something on the table, or separately, under different objects, ala the "unlimited coinage of silver". If you're really doing the Slydini routine, it already has an ending. It would probably be more consistent with that type of routine to end by cleanly passing all six coins through the table at once. See David Roth's "Squash" from "Expert Coin Magic" or Slydini's own method from "Magic of.." or "Slydini Encores".
