Hey Guys-
I was just wondering if anyone knew who manufactors the automatic folding chair Chris Angel used recently on his A&E program? I've seen a similar model that shocks quiet frequently on the market, but haven't seen the auto folding chair in years. Any help of sellers and/or pices is a great help. ~M |

Mephisto magic (www.mephiso-magic.com )in Belgium makes a great "electronic folding chair".
I think stevens magic has them as well. |

I own the one by Mephisto. It looks the same as the one Chris used. Be careful not to use it on carpet though. You can "burn" out the motor. It's best used on a wooden stage floor or tile. I've been using mine in schools for years and it's held up well with about 30 uses before the batteries need changing. Watch the hinges though. The screws will break out and need repairing eventually.

I missed Chris Angels performance with this chair. What is the routine and how do you use this prop? This seems pretty cool and some neat possibilities.
Thanks, Dan. |
