I know there are a few people in here to work with graphics so I'm pretty sure some of you use Photoshop.
Here's the problem I have. I have a new computer. I want to install my Photoshop program onto my new computer. I can't find the disk anywhere so I burned my Photoshop folder onto a disk. The problem I have is I can't find the 24 digit serial number I need in order to install it onto my new computer. Does anyone know if I'd be able to find that number on my program that is still installed on my old computer? I just need to find it somehow. Thanks for any help. Ron Jaxon |

Sometimes it's on the CD's case or in the instruction books.
You might also find it by doing a search for "serial" through My Computer or Explorer (not IE Explorer). |

Yea, it was on the CD case but I can't find the case anywhere. I got the program before my divorce so it was probably left at my old house (4 kids there so it's long gone now I'm sure).
I'll try the search you mentioned. Thanks for the suggestions. Ron Jaxon |

Send an email to Adobe explaining the situation and your registration iformation. They should be able to send you your key or give you a new one.

Usually Adobe does not hand out serial numbers due to piracy. It's a HUGE problem now-a-days. But it's worth a try, without a doubt.

I would just go and download a serial #
As long as you don't register it you will be fine I mean, no don't do that, its not right (wink wink) Just messing, Im sure since you did pay for yours that downloading a serial will be ok. Its not like your fully pirating it.
