I have no idea Bill,I could be wrong (More likely I am wrong.)it may not have been Texas. For somereason it just stuck in My mind that it was. I just thought it was funny when I had seen it as a law.

I can't resist. About that silly string. Once a guy picked up a lawnmower and held it vertical to edge his bushes. Yes, he did drop it on himself and chop his foot and leg up. Sooooooooooooo do we outlaw lawnmowers? How many car accidents in a day? Do we outlaw cars? Fire is a huge concern in Cal. Do they still sell lighters and matches? I think you get the picture. Letting people know silly string is flammable is a great idea. Law against it is not. Gets people thinking the wrong way. Cradle to grave comes to mind.
