I am researching what materials I should include in my promo pack.
I get both inquiries by phone and email from my website and they normally want to know how much I charge. I have a page done up with my fees and the packages that I offer on it and I send this as an attachment in response to such inquiries. This is fine for inquiries by email but for those who call they often want a brochure or something. This is often because they have to discuss hiring me with other decision makers. My question is what should I include and what is the difference between the information that I include on my website and the information that would be in my promo pack? It seems that I would be repeating myself quite a bit. I have testimonials and information on my packages etc on my website, do I need to repeat this in my promo pack? I don't have a video yet but hope to record one in the future. By the way, I mainly perform for adults, I rarely do kids shows. My main markets are corporate, weddings, and private parties. I currently offer three packages. 1. Close-up magic only, close up plus 15 to 20 stand up show, 3. Close-up plus 30-45 min stand up show. Thanks Simon

I have been searching through some of the other threads and have found some useful info on promo packs. In regards to brochures some people seem to suggest a single sheet brochure. I was thinking of a tri-fold style brochure but perhaps the one sheet is better. For those who use one sheet brochures, do you cover all your shows on the one sheet, or do you have a different sheet for a different show etc?
