I just got my TMO "house hold goods" and I noticed that there are dome type of greenish on my copper coins its not like mold but kinda like ,,idont know how to explian it. I'm rather upset what can or should I do fellas.

That is a trait of copper. Try to clean them with salt and vinegar and see if that helps. If that doesn't work Brasso will.

Well there Johnson coins and I don't know where I can get Brasso here. I looked at this to be a chance to get maybe a School craft or a Todd set. Just not sure if it is worth to try to get it off or just try to get a new set.

Easy enough to clean them...If not as Corey said, they must have something similar to Brasso, even in Iceland.

Hey Hey Hey take it easy. LOL no I just found out we do have that out here. Thanks to all now one more thing what about the chinnese half? My C/S/B seems to be having the same problem.

You should be able to use the brasso on that as well. Remember a little goes a long way.

If it's just copper, you could leave in soaking overnight in a cup of Coke (Cola of course). When you see how clean those coins are, you'll wonder what that stuff's doing to your insides!

If you can find some tabasco sauce, you will find that it does an excellent job on copper and brass. It is largely salt and vinegar.
