In MMM, TA Waters offers a clever use of the Himber wallet to get a peek at a message/drawing written by a spectator. Years ago, I designed a handling with a Mullica wallet to achieve the same effect. Has anyone one here ever seen something like that in print anywhere, and if so, where?
Has anyone come up with some use for the Mullica wallet in the mentalism context? Thanks for your information... Eric.

I've never even thought of that, but that's a fantastic idea. Another thought...if you're only going to use this as a peek device, tape a piece of clear plastic sheet inside the wallet that is a bit bigger than the size of the opening. That will do 2 things: 1)allow a clear view of the item being peeked, and 2)prevent the item from accidently sliding out when being placed into the wallet.

Hi Rickmagic1
Thanks for your feed back. Just one fast comment regarding your second thought: during the handling, the wallet being in the hands, there is no risk of the item accidently sliding out (if it does, it ends up in your palm, hidden by the inner wallet, and everything goes into the outer wallet). Nothing can be seen, your fingers holding everything together. If this is not clear, let me know, and we'll discuss more privately. Thanks again for now. Eric.

Eric,
I see your point that the hand would hide the item being put in if it did happen to start sliding out. I just know that for me if anything can go wrong, it will; I just try to plan for every contingency. Rick Green

Hello to all,
The question is interested,i remember a effect called "Umbravision" , by Richard bertram,Jr. in New Invocation N40. Umbravision is a bizzarre magick effect-sorry but i refuse to use the vulgar word "trick" in magic-very shoking. It was baased on the triple prediction type effect, minus any force. Mr.Bartram suggested the Mullica wallet to do this incredible biozarre effect. Yours Theologian |
