I’m looking for brightly colored men’s cotton blazers. Colors like purple, yellow, red and blue. I’ve looked online and checked out some of the men’s stores in my area (Asheville NC) but can’t find any colors other than black, gray, tan and brown. Where could I buy brightly colored ones?

FuneMagic...they are very hard to find. I have always had to have companies order them for me. THey just do not sell that much because not many people wear BRIGHTLY colored coats. The companies and dealers you visit should have a catalog that you can look through and order coats from. I have only found one bright colored blazer in a store...and bought it...it is yellow and I found it at easter. They also had a bright pink one and a bright mint green type colored one.

Don't overlook womens fashions if you're smaller in stature!
Because I'm only 5 foot 5 inches, I can get away with womens blazers and even some young adult stuff!
I could probably even have more fun but for my huge potbelly - bought and paid for I might add!

There must be a site full of brightly colored suits. My brother in law got a godawful green one (no offense Paul!) for a Christmas party one year. Good stuff.

Look at catalogs for dance and music teachers. School groups frequently buy blazers in school colors.

Don't forget to look at thrift stores and such. There was a boom for the bright coloured stuff in the early nineties and as such, some have made their way to thrift, second hand stores.

You go to the men's store. (I like S&K Menswear) and pick out a jacket you like and ask them what colors and fabrics it can be ordered in. Then special order it.
There is no extra charge for this but you may have to provide a deposit.
You don't have to settle for what's in stock.
There should be a book with fabrics to choose from.
Ask which jackets have this option as well.
If they are a half way decent men's store this will be no problem.
This is how I got my bright blue jacket pictured in my avatar.
