This is unfortunate reading.
A LOT of members bought the $210 E2, and it seems no one is using theirs. This is a powerful prop. It does not deserve to rest in some drawer!! I have to admit, I bought mine "used". Well, the owner tried it out 2-3 times before he gave up. I got the E2 at a good price, but when I finally received the E2 and started practicing it, I ended up with some concerns... Lucky for me I PM'd Eirick here at the Cafè, he was kind enough to send me some alternatives/alterations. I went on buying all the neccessary props, made the changes and it now TOTALY ROCKS!!!!!!!! Silent, strong, reliable and deadly! Thanks Peter, and thanks Eirick for helping me finally find a lev. that fits me. F. |

WOW, $200 and not using it. Hmmm, sounds like someone needs to get back into the spirit of magic. Is this due to burn out? Or total disappointment? Sounds like you might have bought the trick thinking it was going to work on it's own. Practice makes perfect.
Expensive mistake to have bought it and not use it. Or is it that the effect was not what one thought it was going to do for you? |

I'll tell you guys how they are, but, I've heard great things about them, and look at fegenroll's post. The thing about E2 is that there are a lot of variables. Practice can only do so much. Like Mehtas said, the idea is brilliant, the gimmick could have been better made. So, it's your call. |

Why isn't anyone talking to the creator to improve his product? I would hate to spend $200 US and find that it needed modifications to make it work. Ouch. No money back guarantee?

Come on guys!!!
You're all sitting on a new and original piece of magic, pull yourself together, put on your thinking cap on, read through the booklet again for inspiration and make the E2 work for you too. I'd love to hear your E2 stories. F. |

Happy to hear that you got your E2 working out for you fengenroll.
I second your inspiration about making the E2 work out for everyone, I'd love to read others experiences with the E2. As troller's post mentioned, there is some modifications needed to make it work performance after performance. Peter have done a great job creating something this original, the unfortunate part is that some of the smaller pieces of the unit destroys the overall impression of the gimmic. The bigger parts will hold forever, because these are made of top quality material. Actually, the biggest modification I'v done is making sure I can rely on it 100% - every time. I'm always trying out new alternatives, and I'v made a couple since I first started performing it, making it more silent and un-noticable, so far I'v performed the E2 on wooden floors, concrete, and different types of carpets. I belive no levitation is perfect fitted for every setting, but I belive the E2 is close.. I have to admit, I don't perform the no bend method. I'v practiced it but not to the extent that I can rely on it 100%. I stick to two of the routines mentioned in the booklet, even if you'll have to bend down, don't make a big deal out of it, cause no one will notice or recall that you did. Remember the impact it delivers!! -e-
...As long as i`m not a world-champion at anything, the great reactions of doin` magic will do just fine.....

Honestly, I don't understand why the E2 is spring loaded to begin with. Think about it...when you remove the E2 from its location, you could easily adjust it into position in under a second. (Asuming it is NOT spring loaded; just the pins holding it together so it can swing open and shut) This would be especially true if you use the bend down method because you could easily adjust it into the right position. Im thinking about taking out the springs. It would reduce the noise of opening, and of course you would no longer need the m****t so the closing noise would be gone as well. Any thoughts?
