Thought this might be the better forum since it is a coin specific silk question.

What is a good source for a nice hankerchief for Coin/Silk routine ala David Roth's routine on Ultimate Collection DVD no. 2. The magic silks I have are all too light while bandanas and cotton hankerchiefs are too heavy. Where is the one that's just right?

Check with a Tux shop. They sell the pocket hanks. Or contact Lynetta Welch at www.Fabric Manipulation.com Pick up her "Ghostly Pocket Hank" and have her make a matching un-gaff hank for you. You won't be disappointed.

Oh BTW what part of Wv are you in?

Best,
Joe

Try checking out the silks for Michael Ammar's "Coin thru Silk." You can find it www.ammarmagic.com]here.

Or any high-end clothing store. I've gotten pocket squares at Nordstrom, but I suspect you might be able to get some good ones at, say, Men's Wearhouse.

Joe, I'm in Wheeling WV.

Brian, I believe Ammar's Coins thru Silk is the sheer see-thru net-type scarf.

I'll try the tux shop downtown this week so I can check it out firsthand.

Thanks for the replies.

Mr. Cheap Sez: Pick up a silk, bandanna, or whatever you like at any thrift store for about a quarter to a dollar.

Ammar's FISM winning clear silk and coins routine is a great one.
