Jack regular all the way. Never did acquire a taste for wine. I even took a wine tasting class and learned a little bit about the types of wines, history, and language when describing wine but just didn't get into it.
I'm reminded of the instructor who despite being an expert in the apparent rules of wine drinking, encouraged us to shed the intimidation and drink what we would. Yelling at us he'd say "You wanna have red wine with the seafood and white wine with the steak then go ahead!" If what you are drinking with what you are eating is not making you happy then you are wrong despite the apparent rule. It was interesting but Jack never fails me. |
