Hi,

Has anyone purchased the 'Success in Magic Newsletter - the First 3 years' from Eric Paul? If so, could you possibly provide a review, and give some idea as to its contents? Was it a worthwhile purchase?

Thanks,

Bruce -

I don't have this item, but I do have one of Eric's other items, his course on "How to be your area's top children's entertainer." It was a worthwhile investment.

While I didn't impliment every tip in the course, the items and advice I have used have profited me several times over.

I am also a subscriber to his current Success In Magic e-Newsletter (since about December 2003), and find the content to be valuable. You can subscribe to his current newsletter, to get a feel for the type of stuff he shares. Then multiply that by 3 years worth of content.

I think that Eric Paul is the real deal, and a professional worth learning from. Some of the stuff will work for you, some won't. But that's to be expected. You have to experiment and discover your own unique (successful) approach to business. But there is no point doing it all on your own, and no point listening to people who really haven't done it (but claim they have). Listen to people like Eric who are authentic, and who have done it. I knew Eric before he was selling any products!

Do you have any of Eric Paul's other materials? If you have purchased from him in the past, and were pleased, what would stop you from investing with him again?

- Donald

P.S. It's only $20! His course was 5 times that amount, and as I said, I found it worthwhile. If even you get one idea, that gets you an extra $200 show (the beginnings of a lifetime customer and many potential referrals), then it was worthwhile.

Hi,

Yes, I already have his 'How to be your area's top children's entertainer', and think it is quite good. I also receive his current newsletter.

I will admit that $20 is fairly cheap, but then there is no point in buying everything out there. I was just wondering if anyone had actually purchased it and found it useful.

What other items are you considering investing in, as an alternative choice? Maybe you could ask professionals' opinions, as to which product suited them better?

What outcomes do you want from the product?

Don't misunderstand me. I am not trying to negate your request for a review. I'm trying to offer you possible alternative ways of gathering information to make an informed decision.

I have received his newsletter for almost three years now and you will find a ton of great info in there. At $20 it's a steal.

Bruce, I have Eric Paul's 'Success in Magic Newsletter - the First 3 years'. I scan through them periodically looking for creative thought boosters...tidbits that jumpstart my creative process. I have to say that I have definitely profited from the ideas presented, although I think there are better packages out there. Just my opinion.

Skip Way,

What are the better packages, in your opinion?
