Hey guys,
I recently bought the Okito and Boston box combination and it comes with very little info on a routine of some sort. Does anyone here know of any good routines with this set? Thanks _________________ ~Brandon |

Check out Bobo's book, "COIN MAGIC". If you do not already own the book, there is an inexpensive Dover Books version of it. -Marty |

Also, David Roth has a video devoted exclusively to Okito box routines, which is excellent and inexpensive. Available at any major dealer.

Check with Mitch in, "Let's Make a Magic Deal." He's selling Roth's coin box tape.

I already sold the Roth Coin Box tape, but would HIGHLY recommend it! It totally opened my mind up to what can be done with it.
Also, Roth's Book Expert Coin Magic has an entire section on Coin Box Magic. Mitch

I bought an Okito box with a hole in the lid and base some years ago. It came with a gaffed 1/2 that sat on the upturned lid. I didn’t spend a lot of time on it, but would be interested in any info about this? Can anyone help?

Joe,
The box that you are referring to is called the Hoo Box. Paul Diamond sold them years ago. It is a great set of coins and box. There should have been a gaffed Chinese coin with it also. Tom

You have to try Okito Clinker by Michael Rubenstein. It's on his first or second video, I believe. It's really cool.

Hi B,
We just started to work on a book of 12 routines on the Okito and Boston, also one routine useing the slug. I sent Chazpro in the stuff for the magnetic box tape, 2 or 3 weeks ago. Hopefully it will be coming out soon! Best David Neighbors The Coinjurer |
