Hello again Café friends,
I wish I had more time to spend but I have been recently working regular at a shop doing parlor shows and I needed your help.....(I ask this with all respect and humility)
I am currently putting together a comedy strait jacket routine and before escaping would like to pull things out of it during the escape......what do you think would be some funny things to pull out?
Thanks for your help

If you want to see some funny straight jacket routines for inspiration (IN OTHER WORDS....DO NOT COPY THEM)

check out Simon Lovells

and Stephen Bargatze's. Stephen has got a great one that he performs under the persona of David Coppertone. You can check out a video demo clip of stephens routine at:

Donster..you are so fruity.

Kevin

P.S. By the way I have been doing a comedy straight jacket escape which involves pulling items out the jacket, as well as other comedy bits for over 4 years now. I got my routine from Sean Scott. I know Simon has his as well.

Things you can pull out...

underwear (yours or someone else's), a hand, lunch, answering a cell phone, a book that says "How to escape" on the cover when you are stuck halfway through the escape, you can have your one free hand come up and put make up on you against your will and then bring up a mirror to show you how pretty you are, a puppet can show up attempting to help you-this can be really bizarre if you do it right, whips and leather masks before you put it on always get a laugh, and what about dumping out some "escaping" tools like a hacksaw and crowbar?
