Where could one find out about what David Ben has to offer. I really haven't heard of him but by the sounds of it, has very interesting ideas. Thanks in advance and any help would be greatly appreciated. Cheers,

Bill

Does anyone have the collector's edition?

How does it differ from the normal version?

"In addition to the trade edition of Tricks, a limited edition of 100 copies has been produced. These copies include an exclusive manuscript - which will not be available separately - detailing Ben's "Ambitious Card" routine. Mechanics of the trick are described in detail, as is the philosophy behind it. This effect is the cornerstone of Ben's working repertoire. Additionally, each limited edition has been numbered and signed by the author, and includes original artwork from the book, hand-drawn and autographed by the illustrator, Suleyman Fattah. Finally, a deck of the cards produced for Ben's critically acclaimed show, The Conjuror's Suite is also included."

The original artwork is not found in the original book?

That means original artwork that was used in the making of the book will be included as an extra for those who purchase the limited. This is common for books that publish limited editions and have illustrations.

Hi All!

Does anyone actually own the Limited Edition-and can they tell us if it the Ambitious Routine, as well as the obvious coolness of it being limited, is worth the extra $60?

Thanx!

p.s. I would be interested in trading my Secrets of a Millionaire Magician for a Limited Edition Copy...

Hello all,

The trade edition of Tricks is out of print and has been for quite some time. I only know of one dealer with copies in stock (Magic, Inc. of Chicago).

At this time, I have a few copies of the limited edition available. For $100.00 you receive a leather-bound copy of Tricks. Each copy is signed and numbered, and includes not only the limited edition Ambitious Card Manuscript, but also a limited run deck of Conjuror's Suite cards, produced by the US Playing Card Company, printed on casino-quality Bee stock.

Many thanks for your interest in this book.

Gabe,
I enjoyed the book, but many times have wished I purchased your limited instead. Probably for the best that I didn't because I read from the book often, but I still wish.
