I am amazed at the number of posts where members flame one another. Given that we are deleting posts for being "unsuitable for family viewing", shouldn't we also delete posts that insult another member?! More importantly, rather than just deleting the flaming post, how about giving the poster a yellow card. When he hits X yellow cards, that member is banned.

Absolutely! - and we do on a daily basis.
Unfortunately it is almost impossible for my volunteers and I to keep up with everything. The Magic Café receives HUNDREDS of new posts on a daily basis which are spread across the various forums.
When we encounter postings which are in violation of our Rules and Policies, we remove them ASAP But, we are but a small group of people and rely on our members to help us out concerning such matters.

How can you help? Simple. Every post made on The Café has a REPORT THIS POST link included in the upper portion of the post proper.
When you see a member violating a rule (e.g, flaming, profanity, etc), you need only press the link on that particular post and give a brief explanation as to the problem. Using that link automatically flags that post, and my volunteers or myself are able to investigate the matter quickly and easily.
