I can hardly wait for this. It'll be my first time there, so I guess I'll be taking out a small mortgage!
Perhaps arrange a magic Café meet there? Cheers Paul |

I will be there,
Please stop by my booth and see my Igniter and Volcano Wallet. Both are new. I will be running a special on my lecture DVD with the Spinning thing package for 30 pounds. At least just say hi. I am in the balcony this year as I was last year. Happy New Year, Jim http://www.jimpacemagic.com

I asked the organisers to mail me a list of the dealers that will attend.
They were not willing to give a list prior to the convention start. Why? |

Maybe they couldn't be bothered

I'm going too. Not arriving until the Sat. morning as gigging the Friday night, but I'm hard to miss with my bright spiky hair.

As I understand my program - there will be a discussion forum on the Friday afternoon, so it will be an earlier start that usual.

You can buy a lot of the things dealers sell at conventions, on the Internet.
The Advantages of buying at conventions: You save on shipping. Get what you buy there and then. Get to see and some times test what you are buying. My questions is, are props/effects cheaper of the Internet or at conventions or is it much the same? Mike |

I feel it is a bit unfair to ask for a list of dealers as there are so many. If you ask a fellow magician who has been before then I am sure they will help you out. Blackpool Convention is one surely not to be missed and the committee there do a wonderful job year after year ( now where is my commission .............?). I wonder if they will send me a list of tricks that will be for sale ? See you there Stuart. (Easily spotted as the one carrying loads of bags as this gets the dealers excited when I approach their stand)

It looks particularly terrible this year. My advice would be to give it a miss.
