What advices could you give me about lightning, for making a routine of Fantasio Dancing Cane in a medium-large theatre (600 seats) ?
Thanks, Rossini |

I was told it's best to do the dancing cane in blue flood lights and a blue spot if possible

Hello Dark Kard,
Thank you very much for your answer. Excuse me... What is a bule spot...? And again, excuses for my ignorance... what are the flood lights? |

Actually, I believe red spot lights and flood lights are better for threadwork.

Get the Losander DVDs. He is the expert on all aspects of levitation, including dancing cane type of effects.

Ok, that's a good point...
What do you think is better, a blue or a red spot light and flood lights? From behind or from the front? (Lights above in trusses at the ceiling) I use a black cane and black line, and black clothes... Thank you all for your answers, Rossini |

I have heard that the best approach is to wash the stage in blue lighting, but avoid back lighting at all costs. Pekei even goes so far as to use blue IT for his close up levitations.
