If a mime gets arrested, does he have the right to remain silent?

Not only does he have the right, but the obligation.

I always have mimes cater my surprise parties because they never spill the beans!

I don't know about other states but in Texas, to save on tax dollars, an arrested mime is merely sentenced to a form of public humiliation whereby they act as if trapped in a box (outdoor cell). In most cases, depending on the crime, the mime wears the ankle bracelet which notifies House Arrest any time the offender exits "the box" without authorization

And you thought it was just an act.....

I do know that no state will put a mime to death. They all believe that killing a mime is wrong. What's the saying? A mime is a terrible thing to waste.

If one mime interrupts another, is assault and battery automatic?

Do noise pollution limits apply to mimes?

I can see a mime now carrying a sign: "Support noise conservation"
