I mean when they make balloon centerpieces where do they put the sticks? do they put the stick in a styrophore for the stick to not move or is there any other that can use? can anyone also give me some idea where can I find some insructionl videos or books in balloon arranging? thanks! any help will do... thank you!

Cardcaptor,
You need to look a bit deeper to find that which you seek. The information is there. In the meantime, this link will also help. http://www.qualatex.com/pages/instruc_sheet_clear.php Enjoy, Carl |
