Just got my new Higley's and they are fantastic.
After 40 years of buying magic, I finally have some unique props. Doug Higley is an artistic genius and a pleasure to work with. These new props add a new dimension to the walk around Dark Museum and give you an entirely new way to present the effect. fEARS consists of three "preserved" ears. You can follow Doug's routine or make up your own. Just pulling one of these things out could give you elements from dark to comedic. I guess you can tell that I like Doug's work, and that is why I have ordered more. Peace, Parson

I want to get some, too, but right now if Rolls-Royce cost ten cents a carload, I couldn't afford a Yugo hubcap!

Those who got 'fEARs'...I have a new MUCH BETTER method for doing the 'extra' Gotcha rather than writing it down as part of the written prediction...email me.
Don't know why I didn't think of it before!!! This relates to 'fEARs' only and not the other configurations with Paws and weenies etc. D

It's the "monkey's not-quite nether portions". But it's not the size. It's how it's used, eh?

I just got my Dark Museum with the Monkey's Paw, Ear and Toe. The props are well made and more than met my expectations. This will be something I will use often. Great job Doug.

Oh, boy. fEARS just arrived 2 days ago and passed its field test with flying colors. One of my spectators/victims was convinced that the props were indeed human ears. Perhaps unkindly, I let him continue to think this. It's my opinion that the Higley ears are particularly lifelike, due to texture and weight, and offer the most creepy selection of strolling/pocket props in the Dark Museum ouvre. I have several of the Dark Museum exhibits, and I think this is the one I will use most for strolling (My overall favorite for a parlor presentation is the exhibit containing the Dead Man's Hand -also amazingly realistic-, The Ear and the Big Toe. Heck everything Doug makes is superlative. You can't go wrong with any of his props. These are works of art, and different pieces will appeal to different magicians.

I just ordered mine - I can't wait. I have some pretty crazy props and these will be perfect! Thanks for the recommendations. I have created some pretty unique wands using human bones, crystals, chicken feet - just to give anyone some ideas for similar styled props. If anyone has any more ideas I would love to hear them!
