I just made myself a set of 1.25" red balls from old computer mouse balls.
They are wonderful. Heavy as hell making some of the slights really smooth. Anyone else using covered mouse balls. Or plain old mouse balls?

I use mouse balls! Just got cups and practice with 'em. They are not covered. I like'em cuz the size is good and they are heavy and don't roll off easily.

I "feleted" a set to make them larger and colorful red. they are wonderful. Big, heavy, the felt keeps them from rolling around. These are really great.

I thought that mouse`s balls would have been small!

I'd have thought they'd already be furry, too.

I personally don't think my balls should be the focus of comedy-related activities
here at the Café.

"I "feleted" a set to make them larger and colorful red". Frank,I think that's against the law in most States.

Like my website used to say...
"Would you rather have your balls felt or crocheted? We think the answer is obvious!"

What is the price of the mouse balls you've feleted? Aside from the mouse's honor . . . .

I could probably do a few sets for $25 a set.
I do have extra mouse balls. I don't want to make it a fulltime job but I don't mind doing a few.

I use some, and the reason I don't felt them is in order to maintain their surface texture, which I find good to work with-- and ideas how to color them (bright!) without felt?

Yes. I'm working on that as well.
However, I wanted the balls to be larger than standard mouseball size. I felted them up to 1.25". Mine are big and heavy now.

Oh my goodness, This forum has finally swayed into the realm of inuendo. Say it isn't so.
At any rate, have any of you ever worked with Schwetty balls? Or even the European Schtankie balls? Hey you started it.
I am truly blessed to have a job where people are laughing all the time and everyone believes in magic....Come to think of it, I'm blessed to even have a job.
