Blair is correct that there are no more of the original booklets available. Years ago before the Encyclopedia of Suspensions and Levitations came out, I was contacted by the author wanting to know if he could include info from my booklet. I said yes. The original booklet info is spread out in the Enclclopedia. I'd get the Enclclopedia rather than searching for the very poorly produced original booklet.

BTW - Blair I still need to make you a copy of the 8mm movies of John Daniel's Shazzam Show from It's Magic (1967). The hold up is that I need to rewire my old 8mm projector and have been way too busy to even think about it. The cord is on a reel and this needs to be disassembled - time consuming. One of these days.... I have not forgotten.
