Does the gimmicked table used in where does the duck go illusion (as shown in the photos below)use a single piece of spandex over the top or does it use two pieces like in a deceptive base? Any help here would be appreciated. Thanks for all of your time and work.

The gimmick isn't in the table!
FWIW Cheers!

Yes the table IS gimmicked. You take apart the box, and the load is held under the lid of the box. You lay the lid with the animal load on top of the table and it lays flat. The top of the table gives. I need to know how the spandex is placed on to the table.

Not sure why you'd do it that way, instead of "old fashioned way" with the bucket doing the 'hard' work!

The material will give quite a bit, as evidenced by what you see everyday in public. Pure speculation on my part, but I'll bet it is just one piece of material.

Apparently not many people understand this entire act and how it is performed. You take your duck or rabbit and place it inside the take apart box. You take apart the box, stacking all of the pieces onto your gimmicked table so that they lay flat, begining with the top part containing the animal load. The table helps conceal the load and gives the appearence that your animal has disappeared from the box completely. Then you reappear your duplicate animal from inside the bucket or any other type of animal production piece. I'm not sure what the Party Magicain was attempting to say. I just assumed that most people have seen this performed before ( i.e. Copperfields' slomo duck routine) and understood what I was referring to. I was also assuming that the top was one single piece of spandex, but did not know how tight of a fit that would make it seeing as how the animal would be sandwiched between the piece of spandex and your stacked take apart box while in the load bag. Thanks for everything.
