Will you walk into my parlour? said the Spider to the Fly,
Tis the prettiest little parlour that ever you did spy; The way into my parlour is up a winding stair, And I've a many curious things to show when you are there. Oh no, no, said the little Fly, to ask me is in vain, For who goes up your winding stair -can ne'er come down again. |

Nothing is more magical to me than the smiles on the faces of my 3 1/2 year old twin daughters; my 4 month old son's teeny tiny little toes; and my beautiful wife's ability to not only care for them all day but ensure we have food in the well kept house, and COOKED food on the plates. I love bring magic to other's lives, but I love come home to it even more:)

The first thing that comes to mind is when I went to a carnival sideshow (i.e., a freak show) and saw an Elastic Skin man who had the real-life abnormality of stretching his facial-skin eight inches! Let me explain why it awed me so much. It was because during the early 1960s,I had bought a comic book of THE FLASH which featured the story "Mystery of the Elongated Man." He was the character Ralph Dibny who discovered a chemical called Gingold which then enabled him to become literally a LIVING Rubber Band. So when I saw a Real-life elastic man at the carnival, it was a dream come true. It showed that a comic book hero can be real. So,as a result, there is at least ONE comic book superpower which is based on a REAL-life anomaly.

A Saturday afternoon spent bowling with my best friends. (Watching my ball hook back from the first board into the pocket for a thunderous strike. THAT'S magic!)
