These are actually not transformation (in the traditional sense) cards. Transformation cards follow the strict rule that all pips are in their normal location as dictated by a regular deck of playing cards. The design is then woven seamlessly around this design.

Many thanks for that. It's only recently I have started taking an interest in novel decks, there are many out there as internet searches reveal.
