I've just received the Ed Marlo's unexpected card book and like to give a review here.
It's seems that Marlo' stuffs are very popular among magicians but very few books are dedicated exclusively to his magic.Therfore, when I received this book,I am so excited.
First of all,I should better say that the book is hard to read, cos there are near none illustrations or pictures, and the words are packed like a law book...But in spite of these problems, the book worths every Penny. The stuffs are cool and the thinking needs every magicians to learn.Though the book was first published in 1974,I think many stuffs in it are still 'flesh' in thinking.I give my highest recommendation for it!!

This book was an "unexpected" surprise to me - as a matter of fact - I'm reading the "System Controls" section right now - I wholeheartedly agree with Alex - This is a great book - I think you can still order it from Randy Wakeman
