Where would one buy Svengali decks for Cheap- I have seen them at 50 cents US are there cheaper ones on the market and are they any good.

Cheaper is better. Don't worry about quality.

Remember: You're not selling the deck, you're selling the fantasy of what the deck can do for your customer. You gotta make 'em believe that deck is gonna turn them into an instant magician, a great entertainer, the life of every party!

...and if you can really get those decks for 50 cents, buy 'em!

Gholly,by golly hit the nail on the head.Layman buy the deck for what you show them what it does,they could care less about the quality.
