Hi friends,
excuse the ignorance: I am studying my TA Waters, and would love to work up an effect that involves a book in flames. Is McCombs Hot Book still around? Are there any other options, and if so, what do folks recommend. Ideally it would be good if the flames do not appear immediately as I open the book, but on command while the book is held open. Thanks for you help. |

Hello,
One of the best "Flame" books I have ever seen is manufactured and sold by Williams Magic in Tucson, Arizona. I believe they are around $50.00 USD. Available in several colors. They pride themselves on the high quality and reliability of it. Here's a link to their web site: http://www.williamsmagic.com/ Hope it helps, Christopher Caldwell |

Thanks for the link. Their books look great.
Does anyone perform the TA Waters effect with the book test and the flame book? |

Any other advice regarding a flame book? Does anyone use one regularly (or have one the don't use that they want to pass on...)
