These are my choices (in this order)

The Collected Almanac
The Complete Works of Derek Dingle
David Roth's Expert Coin Magic

BTW if any of you haven't seen msc455magic's clips on You Tube doing some of the routines from New Magic of Japan and Five Times Five Japan, you are missing out. If only New Magic of Japan was still available.....

take a look here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JpvhdVPHO88

My three favorites are:
1.Card Magic
2.Collected Almanac
3.Cardworks

I have a question though. I've been looking for "The Gene Maze Card Book"
Is this any good? How hard is this book to find?

Is the writing style the same in all of Kaufmans books?
Life is too important to take seriously.

Very much the same. In some books however, Kaufman doesn't take the time to explain the effect before the method (ie: The Complete Works of Derek Dingle). In other books such as "New Magic of Japan," he does.

I have all of the books listed as well as some that weren't. No way I could pick just three. If I could only have one, I think I'd have to go with Collected Almanac. After that, just too close to call. Richie don't put out no junk!
