Here is a list of books written, and mostly illustrated by Richard Kaufman for his company Kaufman & Greenberg (later Kaufman & Company. The idea here is to pick three (and only three) books from this list as your favourites, in ranking order if you wish.

Card Magic
The Gena Maze Card Book
CardWorks
CoinMagic
The Complete Works od Derek Dingle
David Roth's Expert Coin Magic
Sankey Pankey
The Uncanny Scot, Ron Wilson
New Magic of Japan (with Phil Goldsrein)
Sawa's Library of Magic, volume One
The Secrets of Brother John Hamman
Williamson's Wonders
The Amazing Miracles of Shigeo Takagi
Gary Kurtz: Unexplainable Acts
100% Sankey
The Collected Almanac
Show-Time at the Tom Foolery
Five Times Five
Secrets Draun From Underground
Paul Gertner's Steel and Silver
Lou Gallo: The Underground Man (with Mark Philips)
Jennings '67

My three favourites, in ranking order, are:
1. The Secrets of Brother John Hamman
2. Show-Time at the Tom Foolery
3. David Roth's Expert Coin Magic

Now which are yours?

Wow... After much thought I realized that I can't possibly limit my list to three. Here's the closest I could come and the order tends to change from time to time.

1. The Secrets of Brother John Hamman
2. Williamson's Wonders
3. THREE WAY TIE -- The Amazing Miracles of Shigeo Takagi / Five Times Five (Japan) / New Magic of Japan
4. The Complete Works of Derek Dingle
5. The Collected Almanac

I don't (yet) own Secrets Draun From Underground, but it's definitely on my wish list.

Hi this is a really difficult choice,

Secrets of Bro John Hamman deffinate number 1

Coinmagic (expert coinmagic is very good but Coinmagic wins on variety)

Complete works of Derek Dingle I think, but I do love the manipulative routines in Cardmagic, these are beautiful, and don't seem to be in general circulation.

The first two are easy

1) Secrets of Brother John Hamman
2) Collected Almanac

The third is slightly more difficult, but because books containing good platform material are so rare ...

3) The Uncanny Scot

The Derek Dingle book I never really cared for.
