I think it might be my referrer blocking the Café for some reason, I get a lot of refferer spam so have to block sites that try and get to mine, if you open a new browser window and type or paste the address in it will work.

Just came back from late night bar magic. Lucky enough to watch Gazzo's performance. The room was full of laughters. He's great. He also performed in the concourse outside dealers' room. Should have gotton a big hat....he worthes it.

And, I met Derren Brown in dealer room and luckily he didn't hypnotize me.

Only two days, already very tired.
A novice't reflection: I like watching my audience's jaws drop, but sadly in reality I'm just too busy to enjoy it. Smile

Does anyone know who has qualified to the grand prix on Saturday from the micro-magic section of the comp? or is this something revealed at a later date?

Were the winners of micro magic announced yet?
Never criticize someone else until you have walked a mile in their shoes. Then, when you do criticize them, you will be a mile away from them and you will have their shoes.

Have the stage finalists been announced yet?

And the venue for 2009? I am sure many are eager to hear about those too.
Yours Magically,

Hi Lee,

I think the Stage competitors are as follows, although the sound in the Banquet was appalling, and couldn't hear:

Lee Eun Gyeol - Korea
Gaston - Germany
Sittah - The Netherlands
Pilou - France
Dai Binchun - China

2009 will be in Bejing, which despite some grumblings I am quite looking forward to, it will be an adventure anyway! BTW Jon Marshall says Hi! (we are in the same hotel room!)

Rich.
