I did a customized demo video for an energy drink company working the product into the routine about 6 or 7 months ago. Here's the question: I didn't get the gig, but would like to put it on my dvd as a corporate demo as an example, would I get into any hot water being that the company's name is used? There is no use of logo, or any artwork, just the name. Thanks.

I have found that when I look at Marketing web sites of Uni students- they have their assignments on their site and their assignments are -- design the front copy of the lastes gossip magazine.

You can call the company up and ask permission

re film and substitute xyz instead of saying energy drink

do it and don't show the energy drink company
